Our website, hosting provider and form provider may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website and form, such as your IP address, browser or device information, referral source and submission time. Please do not send sensitive, financial or other unnecessary personal information through the form. Our services are not directed to children.

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit an enquiry or contact us. Our enquiry form is provided by HubSpot, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry, assess whether 3Days2Days may be suitable for your organisation, provide requested information, maintain appropriate business records, improve our services and meet our legal obligations. We will not use your information for an unrelated purpose without your consent unless permitted or required by law.
Website analytics and cookies
We may use basic website analytics to understand aggregated site usage, such as pages visited and time spent on the site. The website, our host and HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, form functionality or analytics. Form submissions are held in HubSpot and may also be delivered to and retained in our email or business systems. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.
Disclosure and overseas processing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may disclose it:

- to service providers, including HubSpot, our website host and email provider, where they need it to provide services to us.
HubSpot offers Australian data hosting, but it and its affiliates and subprocessors may access or process customer data in other countries, including the United States, Ireland, Germany and Singapore. The countries involved may change as service providers change. We take reasonable steps required by applicable law when using providers that process personal information overseas.
Access and correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and will not charge for making a request, although the law may permit a reasonable charge in limited circumstances.
Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs or handled your personal information inappropriately, please contact us first. We will investigate and aim to respond within 30 days.
